HOW THE MONTHLY AMA WORKS

Each month:

  • A new thread opens inside the private community. 

  • You post your focused question there.

  • I answer questions live during our live session which goes for up to 2 hours.

  • Replays are uploaded to the portal.

  • Can’t make it live? Post your question and I’ll answer it during the live if time allows.

The best questions are specific and contained; for example:

  • “How do I connect Stripe correctly?”

  • “Why isn’t this automation triggering?”

  • “Where do I edit this checkout page section?”

If something requires full implementation or complex restructuring, I’ll let you know - and you can explore my done-for-you services separately.

How do I access all the content?

Once you join the AMA Membership, you will be sent a series of emails, including:

  • Payment confirmation for your records

  • Access to the course / training area, where all the video tutorials and AMA recordings will be available - you'll be able to set up your password for this.

  • Access to the community area, where all the conversations and AMA Question thread will be for you to add your questions and suggestions to.

I can't make the live calls, can I still get my question covered?

That's ok, leave your question in the relevant thread and I'll include the answer during the live call which will be recorded, and you can watch it back later.

When will the AMA Session recordings be available?

They'll be in the private course are within 48 hours after the session is finished.

I need help and it can't wait until the next AMA Session - what can I do?

There are two options for you:

1) add your question in the most recent question thread, where it can be answered by myself or one of the other community members.

2) for 1:1 support at a time that works for both of us, you can book in here.

Will the membership pricing change for me once I join?

No - whatever price you join the AMA Membership at will be locked in and will be the price you pay for the life of your membership, even when the membership price goes up for new members!

Please note: if you decide to cancel your AMA Membership and re-join later, you will need to sign up at the increased price.

What happens if I cancel and then decide to rejoin?

You will pay the monthly or annual member price that is advertised for new members at the time that you choose to re-join the AMA Membership.
